RMI is governed by a Board of Directors of not less than five individuals, a majority of whom are independent.  The RMI Board of Directors meets together face to face at least twice a year, in addition to periodic conference calls.  The Board of Directors sets policies, approves vision, evaluates effectiveness, reviews financial statements, approves budgets, and in general provides direction and oversight to the entire ministry.
